Judgment
Kurian Joseph, C.J.—The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:
(i) That Respondents may be ordered to regularize the services of the Petitioner/confer work charge status to the Petitioner after completion of 10 years of service with all the benefits incidental thereof such as full back wages, seniority and pay fixation etc. and the Petitioner may be given the same treatment as has been given to Sh. Vijay Sharma and Rajiv Sharma etc.
It is for the Petitioner to file appropriate representation before the second Respondent pointing out also the case of similarly situated persons. In the event of such representation being filed by the Petitioner before the second Respondent along with a copy of the writ petition and the copy of this judgment, within a period of one month from today, similar treatment shall be given to the Petitioner by the second Respondent and appropriate action thereon shall be taken in accordance with law without discriminating the Petitioner within another three months.
The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
