For the reasons stated in the application, it is allowed and the time is extended to deposit requisite court fee, attestation of affidavit etc., at this stage. The deficiency be made good immediately after the restrictions of lockdown period are over.

After arguing for a while, Ms. Parkhi Parihar, learned counsel for the appellant submits that she may be permitted to withdraw this appeal with liberty to approach the appellate court by filing objections in the appeal as well as application filed before it. Submissions allowed.
This appeal is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn along with connected CMs, with liberty as prayed for.
At this stage, learned counsel for the appellant submits that she will file objections to the interim application today itself to which course, Mr. Amit Gupta, learned counsel for the respondent submits that he is ready to argue the matter before the appellate court in case the objections are filed today. Mr. Gupta undertakes to furnish a copy of appeal along with connected application filed before the appellant court to Ms. Parkhi Parihar today itself before 1'O Clock either through whatsapp or e-mail mode.
In the event, the objections are filed today, the appellate court is requested to consider the interim application today itself on its merits and in the event, due to some reasons, the matter could not be considered today, then the same shall be considered tomorrow positively.
