IA No. 2967/2022 –
The present application is filed by liquidator placing on record the progress report for the quarter ended 30.09.2022 dated 10.10.2022. Counsel for the liquidator submits that all the properties has been sold by the liquidator and the money realized by the liquidator has been distributed amongst all the stakeholder. As regard to the recovery of the debt from the two corporate debtors whose detailed are given in paragraph III of the present IA. Counsel appearing for the liquidator submits that the liquidator is in process for realization of money since both the entities which is mentioned as at page no. 10 item nos. 3 & 4 realization are pending. Both the above entities are stated to be in liquidation. He further submits that the liquidator will be getting money shortly from these entities. The present quarterly ended report by the liquidator is taken on record. No order is called for. With the aforesaid observations IA No. 2967/2022 is allowed and disposed of.
