Judgment
ORDER
The Case is taken up today on Board through Virtual Hearing (VC) for Suo motto speaking to minutes in the Order dated 24.09.2020.
The Registry through (Court Officer) duly pointes out that there are some typographical/grammatical errors occurred in the order which needs suitable rectification. Hence, needful corrections are made in the Order dated 24.09.2020 in MA No. 417 of 2018.
That apart, during the course of hearing the learned Counsel appearing for the Axis Bank also informed that there is some error in the spelling of his name and it should have been mentioned as “Prateek Mishra” instead of “Pratik Mishra”. Hence, such suggestion is noted, and suitable corrections in the order are made.
Accordingly, speaking to minutes is allowed. Corrected copy of the Order may be uploaded afresh.
