Heard Learned Counsel for the Applicant. Due to inadvertence and typographical error the name of the IRP has been wrongly typed. Hence, it is hereby corrected and read as under :
"...CoC in its meeting dated 22.10.2020 by 100% voting decided to replace earlier IRP Mr. Ashish Shah by appointing new Resolution Professional Mr. Ajit Jain since CoC approved his appointment..."
