IA-519/2023: This is an application filed for seeking correction in the order dated 3rd February, 2023 wherein the name and CIN of the Corporate Debtor is inadvertently mentioned as “Shankeshwar Properties Private Limited (CIN: U75123MH2005PTC158221)” instead of “Shankheshwar Properties Private Limited (CIN: U45200MH1995PTC090374)”.

It is ordered that the name and CIN of the Corporate Debtor wherever stated in the order dated 03.02.2023 shall be read as “Shankheshwar Properties Private Limited (CIN: U45200MH1995PTC090374)”. Rest of the order remains unaltered.

With the above modifications in the order dated 03.02.2023, IA-519/2023 is disposed of.
