Heard Sh. Nishant Mehrotra, Advocate for the Petitioner and Sh. Krishna Dev Vyas alongwith Sh. Ram Kaushik, Advocate for the Respondents through Video Conferencing.
The present petition has been filed u/s 9 of the IBC by the Petitioner against the Leel Electrical Ltd, which is already under CIRP vide order dated 04.03.2020 passed in Company Petition No.(IB)189/ALD/2019.
In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
Applicant is at liberty to file his claim, if any, before the RP/IRP in the aforesaid CIRP.
