The present petition has been filed u/s 9 of the IBC by the Petitioner against the Panacealife healthzone Pvt. Ltd, which is already under CIRP vide order dated 03.09.2020 passed in Company Petition No.(IB) 458/ALD/2019.
In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Applicant is at liberty to file his claim, if any, before the RP/IRP in the aforesaid CIRP.
