The Court is convened through Video Conference.

Mr. Harshavardhan Bhende, Ld. Counsel for the Operational Creditor present. Mr. Ashwin Ankhad, Ld. Counsel for the Corporate Debtor present.

Both Counsel submit that the Corporate Debtor is already into CIRP vide an admission order dated 11.07.2022 in CP(IB)-1270(MB)/2020 by Court-V of this Tribunal.

In view of the above, the present Petition is rendered infructuous.
Accordingly, C.P.(IB)/1171(MB)/2020 is dismissed as infructuous. The Operational Creditor in this case is given liberty to file its claim with the IRP appointed in the above matter. File to be consigned to records.
