The present application has been filed by the applicant challenging the order dated 21.07.2020 (Annexure P1) passed by the Inquiry Officer.

We have not found that the applicant has made any representation before the competent disciplinary authority against the impugned order dated 21.07.2020 passed by the Inquiry Officer.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the present OA is disposed of with liberty to the applicant to make a representation against the impugned order dated 21.07.2020 passed by the Inquiry Officer before the disciplinary authority and to avail administrative remedy available to him.

The OA is disposed of in the aforesaid terms at the admission stage itself. There shall be no order as to costs.
