Judgment
On repeated call, nobody has responded on behalf of the petitioner, however, the learned counsel for the respondent State is present.
This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for quashing the order dated 03.11.2014 directing to pay a sum of Rs.30,000/- to the respondent/ applicant no.4.
On 13.01.2020 nobody has appeared on behalf of the petitioner and in view of that, the matter was adjourned for two weeks. On 27.01.2021 again nobody has appeared on behalf of the petitioner and on 24.07.2025 by way of last chance, the matter was further adjourned and on 15.01.2026 again nobody has appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
It appears that the petitioner has lost interest in the matter as on several times, the learned counsel for the petitioner had not appeared and once by way of last chance, the matter was also adjourned.
Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed.
