Present Civil Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 26.09.2019 (Annexure P-3).
On 15.11.2023, none had appeared on behalf of the petitioners.
On 20.05.2024, none had appeared on behalf of the petitioners and the following order was passed:-
“On 10.01.2020, a Coordinate Bench of this Court was pleased to pass the following order:-
“It is submitted that the petitioners seek to amicably resolve the dispute with respondent no.5 i.e., father of petitioner no.1. Petitioners also seek some responsible time to handover the vacant possession of the property. Notice of motion for 27.02.2020. Dasti only. 10.01.2020” Learned counsel for respondent no.5 has submitted that neither the petitioner has resolved the matter with respondent no.5 nor the petitioner has handed over the possession.
None has appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
Adjourned to 23.05.2024.
To be taken up at 12:00 noon.
It is made clear that no further adjournment would be granted to the petitioner.
