Heard on I.A. No. 1634/2021 an application for exemption from filing typed copies of Annexures. After due consideration the application is allowed.
Heard on I.A. No. 1633/2021 an application seeking permission to file the appeal without certified copy. The application is allowed with this condition that the Appellant shall file the copy whenever the order is uploaded on the website of the 'Adjudicating Authority'.
Ld. Counsel for the Appellant submits that the settlement is at advance stage, therefore, the matter may be adjourned. He further submits that the IRP may be directed not to proceed with the CIRP till the next date of hearing.
Ld. Counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent is in agreement with the submission made on behalf of the Appellant.
We have considered the submissions as the parties are settling the matter, therefore, we adjourn the matter and the IRP is directed not to proceed with the CIRP till the next date of hearing.
