IA No. 1240/2022

Heard on IA No. 1240/2022 which has been filed to place on record the Undertaking given by the respondent to the financial creditor dated 23.08.2022 vide which the matter has been settled between the parties. It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that in view of the said undertaking on instructions, he may be permitted to withdraw the CP (IB) No. 233/Chd/Hry/2021. Keeping in view the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner/financial creditor, IA No. 1240/2022 is allowed and petitioner-financial creditor is granted permission to withdraw CP (IB) No. 233/Chd/Hry/2021. IA No. 1240/2022 is disposed of accordingly.
