New IA-2734/2022:

Counsel for the Applicant - Ex-Management is present in physical mode. Counsel for the IRP is also present through video mode.

Counsel for the ex-Management submits that in the present application his client had pointed out certain mistakes with regard to Public Notice issued by the IRP in respect of CIR process of the Corporate Debtor.

The Counsel submits that after pointing out the mistakes in the Public Notice as pointed out by them to the IRP, the IRP has since issued a Corrigendum in the matter and his client i.e., ex-Management is satisfied with the compliance made by the IRP.

Counsel for the IRP further submits that since the present CIRP has been confined with respect to only one project of the Corporate Debtor, the ex-Management may be directed to comply with preparing project wise financials i.e., Balance Sheets and other documents for the purpose of smooth completion of the CIR process with respect to the said project. Cont-In this connection, we direct the ex-Management to make full compliance with regard to the request made by Counsel for the IRP in three weeks' time from today.

To this, Counsel for the ex-Management assures that they will be extending full cooperation to the IRP.

Consequently, the present IA is disposed of.
