ORDER (per Bench)
Ld. IRP appears. Ld. Pr. CS appears for the corporate debtor. CA(IB) 1829/KB/2019 is filed by the RP at the instance of the corporate debtor for withdrawal of this application on the ground that parties have entered into settlement.
It is submitted that CoC is not formed. Since parties have arrived at the settlement, we allow withdrawal of the proceedings by invoking Rule 11 of the NCLT Rules subject to cost of Rs.75,000/- to be deposited by the corporate debtor with the Prime Minister's National Relief Fund Online. Matter stands settled and disposed of alongwith all CAs.
