ORDER (Per Bench)
None appears for the financial creditor. Ld. Counsel for the corporate debtor appears. CA(IB) No.04/KB/2020 is filed under Rule 11 of NCLT Rules stating that deed of settlement arrived between the parties. We have gone through it. It appears that parties have entered into settlement. Hence, this application stands disposed off under Rule subject to cost of Rs.50,000/- to be deposited with the Prime Minister's National Relief Fund Online and proof of deposit is to be filed to the Registrar. IRP may claim his fees by separate application. CP also stands disposed off and the Financial Creditor will be at liberty to get the application revived if the settlement fails.
