ORDER

Ld. Counsel for the financial creditor appears. Ld. Counsel appears for the corporate debtor. Corporate Debtor is admitted in CIRP by order dated 05.02.2020. This application is filed under Rule 11 of the NCLT Rules by the corporate debtor pointing out that settlement is arrived in between them and the Financial Creditor. Ld. Counsel for the IRP appears. Since the matter is settled in between the parties, we allow this application subject to payment of cost of Rs.50,000/- to be deposited by the corporate debtor with Prime Minister's National Relief Fund Online and file proof of deposit to the Registry. Corporate Debtor also shall pay fees of IRP Rs.50,000/- plus expenses of Rs.25,000/-. In view of this, IA(IB) 276/KB/2020 is allowed. CP(IB) No.1826/KB/2019 stands disposed off.
