Judgment
In terms of Order dated 26.10.2021, Learned Counsel for the Appellant has filed I.A. No. 2387 of 2021 with a prayer that this Appellate Tribunal may grant permission to amend the Memo of Parties and include the name of the authorised person-Mr. Ankit Agarwal in the Memo of Parties of the Appellant-Delhi NCR Consulting Pvt. Ltd.
We allow the I.A. No. 2387 of 2021. Learned Counsel for the Appellant is permitted to make necessary corrections in the Cause Title at Page 1 of the Appeal Paper Book and amend the name of the Appellant as "Delhi NCR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. through Mr. Ankit Agarwal".

Learned Counsel for Respondent No. 1 is directed to file hard-copy of Reply-Affidavits to the Appeal as well as to the I.A. No. 2248 of 2021 which is for Stay within two weeks.
