Ld. Counsel for the Appellant submits that in compliance of the order dated 08.09.2021. He has substituted the name of Liquidator as Respondent No. 1. He further submits that the Appellant has filed an Application I.A. No. 2361 of 2021 to allow the amendment of memo of Appeal.

We have already considered the oral submission of Ld. Counsel for the Appellant and vide order dated 08.09.2021 directed to substitute the liquidator. Therefore, no further order is required on I.A. No. 2361 of 2021. Thus, the Application is closed.

Ld. Counsel representing Respondent No. 2 & 3 seek and are granted two weeks' time to file Reply Affidavit. Rejoinder, if any, may be filed within one week thereafter.

Ld. Counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent No. 1 (Liquidator) submits that earlier he has expressed that he does not want to file any Reply Affidavit. Now, he submits that he may be permitted to file the Reply and relevant documents.

He is allowed to file Reply alongwith relevant documents within two weeks.

Rejoinder, if any, may be filed within one week thereafter.

The Parties are directed to file the Written Submissions not more than three pages alongwith relevant citations before next date.

Let the matter be fixed 'For Admission (After Notice)' on 06th December, 2021.
