The applicant retired on 31.12.2018 as Junior Clerk with the respondents-organisation. On falling ill he incurred certain medical expenses. As per the applicant, he has already been paid approximately Rs.87000/- medical reimbursement but Rs.10,248/-remains. The amount that remains is not a large, though for the applicant it appears to be important. It is not proper that someone has to run from pillar to post for such a small amount.

2.

It is hereby directed that respondents will examine the claim of the applicant and pass a speaking order in accordance with rules, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, and if they find the applicant’s case admissible they should make the necessary payments early.

3.

Accordingly, the O.A is disposed of with the above directions. No order as to costs.
