MA No. 2722/2021
The present MA has been filed by the applicant seeking condonation of delay of 69 days in filing the RA.
For the reasons mentioned in the MA and keeping in view no objection from the learned counsel for the respondents, the MA is allowed and delay is condoned.
The applicant, who appears in person is seeking the relief against wrongful deduction of meager amount of Rs.10,248/- towards medical reimbursement.
The RA is taken up for hearing with the consent of the parties.
The present RA has been filed by the applicant seeking review of the order dated 17.11.2020 passed in OA No. 1787/2020 whereby directions were given to examine the claim of the applicant and pass a speaking order in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of order. The respondents have passed order dated 06.07.2021 which according to the applicant has not been dealt with in accordance with order passed in Original Application No. 1787/2020.
It is seen from the records that the impugned order has been passed pursuant to decision in OA No. 1787/2020 but present RA is a wrongful exercise as he should have challenged the impugned order dated 06.07.2021, if so advised.
The RA is dismissed as not maintainable with liberty to the applicant to file a fresh OA against the impugned order dated 06.07.2021.
No order as to costs.
