Judgment
ORDER
The respondent is represented through its Ld. Counsel.
Mr. Arjun Sheth, Ld. Counsel for the respondent informed that this Bench, vide its order dated 15th January, 2019, passed an order in CP (IB) 175/9/NCLT/AHM/2018 and has already initiated Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) in respect of the present corporate debtor viz., Swasik Ceracon Ltd. and has also appointed an Interim Resolution Professional. In view of this, the order dated 26.07.2019 passed in CP (IB) 503 of 2018 became infructuous and non-operative.
Accordingly, order dated 26.07.2019 passed in CP (IB) 503 of 2018 needs to be rec-called. Hence, it is hereby re-called. The Operational Creditor is at liberty to approach the IRP for submitting its claim before it as per the provisions of the I & B Code.
Accordingly, CP (IB) No.503 of 2018 stands disposed of as being infructuous.
