This is the third application filed by the petitioners-accused Nos. 1 and 2 seeking anticipatory bail in crime No. 162 of 2023 of Gangavaram Police Station, Chittoor District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 452, 307, 324, 323, 427 and 506 read with Section 149 IPC.

The earlier two anticipatory bail applications filed by the petitioners-accused Nos. 1 and 2 in Criminal Petition Nos. 4517 and 5817 of 2023 were dismissed by this Court by orders dated 13-07-2023 and 16-08-2023 respectively. This Court does not find any changed circumstances since rejection of the earlier two anticipatory bail applications filed by the petitioners-accused Nos. 1 and 2.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners-accused Nos. 1 and 2 submits that the petitioners-accused Nos. 1 and 2 are ready to surrender and move a regular bail application before the Court concerned.

In view of the above submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners-accused Nos. 1 and 2, the petitioners-accused Nos. 1 and 2 are directed to surrender before the Court concerned and move a regular bail application which shall be considered and decided as per law within a period of five days.

With the above direction, the criminal petition is disposed of.
