Today (i.e. 05.03.2021), when the matters are taken for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner in Crl.RC(MD)No.217 of 2017, would reiterate the earlier version stating that the petitioner was already dead. The said submission is recorded.
Similarly, the learned counsel for the petitioner in Crl.R.C(MD)No.396 of 2017 would submit that he is unable to get instructions from his client.
In view of the above said submissions, these Criminal Revision cases are dismissed as abated.
