Mr.Vipin Pandit, learned counsel, appearing under instructions of original counsel Mr.Naresh Sharma, Advocate, has produced copies of death certificate of Ram Lal (respondent in Cr.MMO No.91 of 2022 and petitioner in Cr.MMO No.192 of 2020) indicating that Ram Lal has expired on 23.07.2022. Ram Lal was husband of Roshni Devi and this litigation is personal in nature between husband and wife as both of them have assailed order of maintenance passed by the Courts below and, therefore, it has been submitted that after death of Ram Lal, nothing survives to be adjudicated in these petitions and the same are to be disposed of as abated, as maintenance is personal to the petitioner/respondent.

Mr.R.K. Bawa, learned Senior Counsel, under instructions of Mr.Ajay Kumar Sharma, Advocate, earlier representing Ram Lal, has endorsed the aforesaid facts.

In view of above, present petitions are closed and disposed of as abated, so also pending application(s), if any.
