Heard Ms. Thakur Roopa Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners, and Mr.G.Madhusudhan Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Cyberabad Municipal Corporation, appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3 and learned Standing counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.4.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the issue in this writ petition is squarely covered by order dated 01.07.2026 in W.P.No.20446 of 2026.

Learned Standing Counsel for Cyberabad Municipal Corporation, appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3 and learned Standing counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.4 does not contest the said statement.

Accordingly, the writ petition is allowed setting aside the impugned short-fall letter vide Notice No.070643/CMC/03204/IABP/C50/2026, dated 17.08.2026 and respondent No.3 is directed to process the building permission vide application dated 01.08.2026 in respect of the property bearing plot No.462 to an extent of 216.0 Sq.mt, in Category – II – MIG, Mayuri Nagar in Sy.Nos.20 and 28/1, Village Miyapur, Madhapur Circle – 50, Kukatpally Zone, Serilingampally Mandal, Rangareddy District, without reference to the objections regarding future master plan road, within a period of twenty one (21) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

However, this order shall not come in the way of respondent – GHMC authorities in acquiring the petitioner’s property in the future, by following due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
