Judgment
ORDER
This is an application filed under Rule 11 of the NCLT Rules 2016 regarding appointment of Sh. Shiv Nandan Sharma as IRP. The Ld. Counsel for the Financial Creditor is present and submitted that they have now suggested the name of Sh. Shiv Nandan Sharma as IRP and filed a consent form which shows that no disciplinary proceedings is pending against the said IRP and also authorisation for assignment dated 14.11.2022 which shows that it is valid till 13.11.2023. The Ld. Counsel for the Financial Creditor may also submit a duly attested copy of the IBBI Registration Certificate of Mr. Shiv Nandan Sharma. Necessary amendment regarding appointment of IRP in the order dated 28.02.2023 to be made accordingly. This order shall form part of the admission order dated 28.02.2023. Accordingly, the present application i.e. IA/1352/ND/2023 stands allowed.
