Hon’ble Mr. R. N. Singh, Member (J):
In the present OA, the applicants have challenged the order dated 22.07.2020 (Annexure A-1) vide which, they are stated to have been denied seniority from the initial date of their joining in Delhi Zone. They have made various other prayers as well in the present OA.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicants seeks permission to withdraw the OA with liberty to file a better one in accordance with law. Permission is granted.

The OA stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
4.
Pending MAs also stand dismissed as withdrawn with liberty in accordance with law.
