This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.

The petitioner has filed a representation vide Annexure-1 series before the Collector, Cuttack- Opposite Party No.2 for redressal of his grievance. The same is stated to be still pending.

Regard being had to the facts and submissions and the nature of relief sought for and without going into the merit of the case, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the Collector, Cuttack- Opposite Party No.2, to dispose of the representation of the petitioner vide Annexure-1 series in accordance with law, by passing a reasoned order, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this Order.

The petitioner is directed to supply a copy of the writ petition containing all the annexures along with a certified copy of this Order to the opposite party No.2 for convenience & reference to Annexure-1 series.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.

7.

Urgent certified copy of this Order be granted as per rules.
