1.This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).
2.Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.
3.The petitioners are stated to have filed a representation/grievance petition vide Annexure- 3 before the Project Director, District Rural Development
Authority, Puri- Opposite Party No.2 objecting to construction of Anganwadi Center over Plot No.108 under Khata No.418 of Mouza- Jaypur in the
district of Puri, which is a species of Gochar land according to learned counsel for the petitioners.
4.Regard being had to the facts and submissions and the nature of relief sought for and without going into the merit of the case, the writ petition is
disposed of directing the Project Director, District Rural Development Authority, Puri- Opposite Party No.2 to dispose of the representation of the
petitioners vide Annexure-3 in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this Order, by
passing a reasoned order.
5.The petitioners are directed to supply a copy of the writ petition containing all the Annexures along with a certified copy of this Order to the Opp.
Party No.2 for convenience & reference to Annexure- 3.
6.Till disposal of the representation vide Annexure-3, status quo as on date shall be maintained regarding construction of Anganwadi Center in
question.
7.The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
8.Urgent certified copy of this Order be granted as per rules.
9.A free copy of this Order be supplied to Mr. R.P. Mohapatra, learned Additional Government Advocate..
