This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
Heard from the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.
Upon hearing from the learned counsels of both the sides, it is felt proper to dispose of this writ petition finally at this stage directing the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Bhadrak (Opposite Party No.2) to dispose of the representation dated 09.02.2026 of the petitioner pending before him within a period of seven days from the date of communication of this order after giving opportunity of being heard to the petitioner and others, if any and to intimate the result of the disposal of the representation to the petitioner.
Registry is directed to communicate this order to the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Bhadrak (Opposite Party No.2) immediately.
As such, the writ petition filed by the petitioner is disposed of finally.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted to the petitioner on proper application.
