Case taken up. Learned counsel for both side are present.
An application for getting an expert opinion, for on behalf of the Petitioner, has been filed, as Miscellaneous Application No. 141 of 2024. The order was there for filing a counter over the expert report, filed on record, for on behalf of the Respondent, with allegations being argued before this Court, and it was there that in case of need, another expert commission may be issued.
But, right away this application has been moved without moving a counter or objection over previous report, for which three weeks’ time is being requested. Let objections, if any, over expert report, be got filed, within three weeks. Copy be exchanged to other side. Rejoinder over it may be filed, within two weeks thereafter.
The Miscellaneous Application moved by Petitioner, for issuing another expert may also be countered, and rejoindered by both side, in between. Both of these will be decided together.
