Judgment

Heard Ms. Prakriti Nambiar appearing for the Respondents in B.P.No.79 & 522 of 2018. She appears for the Petitioners in other matters.
It was submitted on behalf of the Respondents that in B.P.Nos.79 and 522 of 2018, they could not file their Evidence Affidavits as the Evidence Affidavits of the Petitioners therein were not on record. In both the matters, the evidences of the Petitioners filed in other matters are to be treated as "Evidence" as per the Order of the Hon'ble Bench.
On the last date of hearing, there was certain network issues and, thus, the Respondents could not be heard properly. It was, thus, prayed that four weeks time be granted to the Respondents in B.P.Nos.79 & 522 of 2018 enabling them to file the Evidence Affidavits. The prayer was conceded by the Leaned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner. The prayer is accordingly allowed. The Petitioners to file their Evidence Affidavits within four weeks from now and the matters be listed on 10th November, 2021 before this Court under the head "For Directions" along with rest of the matters.
