TRP(C) No. 291 of 2023 and I.A. No. 309 of 2023
This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).
Mr. D. Sethi, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the wife of O.P., who has filed a proceeding in C.P. No. 452 of 2023 before the learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack for restitution of conjugal rights U/S 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, but the petitioner being a dependant lady resides at Keonjhar with a breast sucking two years girl child and she has to face a lot of inconvenience in coming to Cuttack and therefore the aforesaid proceeding may kindly be transferred to the learned Judge, Family Court, Keonjhar.
In view of the aforesaid submission, issue notice against O.P. in the TRP(C) as well as in the I.A.by Registered Post /Speed Post with A.D. making it returnable by the next date. Requisites for issuance of notice against O.P. shall be filed within three working days. Accept one set of process fee.
