TRP(C) No. 272 of 2023 and I.A. No. 286 of 2023
This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).
Mr. B. Jalli, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the wife of O.P., who has filed a proceeding in C.P. No. 52 of 2022 before the learned Judge, Family Court, Jagatsinghpur for grant of divorce U/S 13(1) of the Hindu Marriage Act, but the petitioner is the resident of Kadua within the district of Kendrapara and there is no direct communication from the village of the petitioner to Jagatsinghpur and the petitioner has to face a lot of inconvenience in coming to Jagatsinghpur and therefore the aforesaid proceeding may kindly be transferred to the learned Judge, Family Court, Kendrapara.
In view of the aforesaid submission, issue notice against O.P. in the TRP(C) as well as in the I.A. by Registered Post /Speed Post with A.D. making it returnable by the next date. Requisites for issuance of notice against O.P. shall be filed within three working days. Accept one set of process fee.
