ORDER

By Hon’ble Mr. Anand Mathur, Member (A)

Mr. Hussain Rashid, learned counsel for the applicants, and Mr. Bikram Deep Singh, learned counsel for the respondents are present.

2.

Learned counsel for the applicants states that the applicants are aggrieved of the order issued on 10.12.2021 as per which the applicants have been regularised with effect from 01.07.2016 whereas they were working as Incharge Lecturers from 30.03.2013. Learned counsel also brings out the fact that similarly placed employees have been given the benefit of retrospective regularisation from the dates they had been put as Incharge Lecturers. Due to this discrimination, the applicants had submitted a representation dated 17.01.2022 which is yet to be disposed of by the respondents. He further pleads that he would be satisfied if the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the applicants dated 17.01.2022 along with the contents of this O.A. by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a time frame.

3.

Learned counsel for the respondents is also present.

4.

In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the applicants the respondents are hereby directed to consider the pending representation of the applicants dated 17.01.2022 along with the averments made in the present O.A. and dispose of the same by passing a Reasoned and Speaking order within a period of four weeks from today. A copy of the speaking order so passed be provided to the applicants.
