ORDER

Learned counsel for the applicants states that the applicants were working as Masters/Teachers in Environmental Science and were due for promotion as Incharge Lecturers in Environmental Science. In terms of orders dated 12.5.2022 and 25.5.2022, juniors of the applicants have been promoted as Incharge Lecturers. He further pleads that the applicants would be satisfied, if the O.A. is disposed off with a direction to the respondents to treat this O.A. as representation of the applicants and consider the case of the applicants at par with the orders issued by the respondents on 12.5.2022 and 25.5.2022, by passing a speaking order, within a time frame.

Learned counsel for respondents submits that a direction may be issued by this Tribunal to decide the case of the applicant as per rules.

In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the applicants, O.A. is disposed off at the admission stage with direction to the respondents/ competent authority to consider the case of applicants treating the averments made in the present O.A. as representation of the applicants and dispose off the same, by passing a Reasoned and Speaking order in terms of orders dated 12.5.2022 and 25.5.2022, within a span of 4 weeks from today and decision so taken shall be communicated to the applicants forthwith.

We have not entered into the merits of the case.
