Judgment

The applicant retired from the service of the South Delhi Municipal Corporation (SDMC), way back in the year 2005. He filed this OA with the following prayers:
(i) To order the immediate stepping up of pay/pension of the applicant at par like with Smt. Prem Mahlawal.
(ii) To grant arears of pay along with interest.
(iii) To order for, pension of applicant be revised and arrears to be paid the interest.
(iv) To grant retiral benefits with respect to the stepped up pay along with arrears to be paid with interest.
(v) To grant all other consequential benefits of stepping ap of pay.
(vi) To grant the cost and expenses of the OA in favour of the applicant and,
(vii) To grant any other relief as deemed just and proper by this Hon'ble Tribunal."
The prayer is bereft of any particulars and everything is posed in the realm of speculation. When the same is pointed out, learned Counsel for the applicant sought permission of this Tribunal to withdraw the OA with liberty to file fresh OA with better particulars.
3 Permission is accorded. The OA is dismissed as withdrawn. It is open to the applicant to seek proper relief with necessary particulars.
