Judgment
Bank of India, one of the Secured Creditor, has filed the present application seeking following prayers:
a) That this Hon'ble Tribunal be pleased to urgently hear the present Application;
b) That this Hon'ble Tribunal be pleased to appoint the proposed liquidator viz. Ms. Akriti Sood as the Liquidator in respect of the Corporate Debtor;
c) For such other and further reliefs as this Hon'ble Tribunal may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the present case.
Ld. Counsel for the applicant has referred to minutes of the Joint Lender Meeting held on 22.08.2025, wherein it was discussed that the earlier liquidator, Mr. Amit Gupta has been suspended by the Disciplinary Committee of IBBI and therefore, it was decided to appoint Ms. Akriti Sood as a Liquidator of the Corporate Debtor for a fee of Rs. 2.50 lacs plus GST & OPE (Other out of pocket expenses).
Accordingly, we allow the I.A. Ms. Akriti Sood to be appointed as Liquidator of the Corporate Debtor. I.A. is disposed of.
