Judgment
ORDER
I.A (I.B.C)/3911 (MB)2025
This application has been filed by the liquidator seeking following prayers:
a)To pass an order allowing the Extension of the Liquidation Period of the Corporate Debtor by 12 months (365 days) from 06.06.2025 till 06.06.2026;
b)To pass any other or further order as this Hon'ble Tribunal may think fit and necessary to pass in the facts and circumstances of the case.
It is submitted that due to various pending litigations, the extension is sought.
Having heard Ld. Counsel for the applicant and going through the facts of the case, we are inclined to grant the extension as sought for.
Accordingly, I.A is allowed and stands disposed of.

This application has been filed by the Vikas Prakash Gupta/ Liquidator seeking following prayers:
a)To pass an order for replacement of Mr. Vikas Prakash Gupta, having IP Regn. No. IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00501/2017-2018/10889, being the current Liquidator of M/s. Man Tubinox Limited, with Ms. Teena Saraswat Pandey having IP Regn. No. IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00652/2017-20l8/11126, as the new Liquidator of Mis. Man Tubinox Limited;
b)To pass such other or further orders, as this Hon'ble Adjudicating Authority may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.
The SCC in its 8th adjourned meeting which concluded on 23.07.2025, has passed a resolution to appoint Ms. Teena Saraswat Pandey as the liquidator, replacing the current liquidator.
The written consent to act as liquidator in Form-AA dated 23.07.2025 given by the proposed liquidator is annexed as Exhibit-C. AFA valid up to 31.12.2025 is annexed as Exhibit D.
We hereby appoint Ms. Teena Saraswat Pandey having IP Regn. No. IBBI/IPA001/IP-P00652/2017-20l8/11126, as the new Liquidator of M/s. Man Tubinox Limited. The fees to liquidator shall be governed by the Liquidation Regulations.
In above terms I.A stands disposed of.
