Judgment
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents.
By the same office order dated 18.01.2017 issued by the respondent no. 6, Secretary, Jharkhand Academic Council, Ranchi whereunder the recognition of the petitioner''s school has been cancelled on the basis of inspection done, petitioner has been asked to put their case before the Jharkhand Academic Council.
At this stage, therefore without getting into the merits of the claim of the petitioner in the absence of supporting documents in the present form of writ petition, it is deemed appropriate to relegate the petitioner to appear before the respondent no. 6, Secretary, Jharkhand Academic Council, Ranchi and place its case along with all supporting documents for reconsideration of the decision. On such appearance of the petitioner by 21.03.2017, the Competent Authority under the respondent-JAC would consider their representation in accordance with law within a period of one week thereafter.
The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
