Judgment
S.R. Brahmbhatt, J
Learned counsel Mr. A.J. Yagnik for the petitioner drew attention of this Court to an order dated 19.8.2019 which is reproduced herein below:
"Stand over to 26.8.2019. Meanwhile, Dy.S.P.(SC & ST Cell) is directed not to inquire into subject matter of the writ petition and the District Collector, Mehsana and District Superintendent of Police, Mehsana, both are directed to submit joint report after a preliminary survey/report is submitted by Mr. A.J. Yagnik, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners about whereabouts and willingness on the part of the affected members of the SC & ST Community of village Nandali, District Mehsana.
Direct service is permitted."
Mr. Yagnik, learned advocate was to visit the place and collect the information. However, on account of some difficulties, Mr. Yagnik could not make it possible. Hence, a request for adjournment is made so that Mr. Yagnik may collect such information.
Accordingly, the matter is kept on 3rd September, 2019.
