O R D E R
M.A. No. 1117 of 2023 filed by the applicants seeking permission of this Tribunal to join together is allowed for the reason stated therein.

Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that the applicants will be satisfied, if the present Original Application is disposed of with a direction to respondents to release their salary within a time frame.

Accordingly, the Original Application is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider releasing due and admissible salary to the applicant, for the period they have worked. This exercise shall be undertaken within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
