When the case is called out, there is no representation on behalf of the respondent-husband despite the notice being served. Accordingly, this Court heard Ms. A. Debbarma, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner-wife.
The instant petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure seeking transfer of the case bearing No. T.S.(Null) 03 of 2022 from the file of learned Judge, Family Court, Udaipur, Gomati, Tripura to the file of learned Judge, Family Court, Agartala, West Tripura.
For the reasons stated in the petition and as there is apparently no objection from the side of respondent being unrepresented, the transfer petition is allowed.
The case bearing No. T.S.(Null) 03 of 2022 is transferred from the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Udaipur, Gomati, Tripura to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Agartala, West Tripura. The learned Judge, Family Court, Udaipur, Gomati, Tripura shall remit the concerned file to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Agartala, West Tripura forthwith. The parties will be intimated of the date of their respective appearances as and when the case record is received by the transferred Court.
The petition is disposed of.
