Judgment
Arindam Lodh, J
Heard Mr. PK Ghosh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner-wife. Also heard Mr. T. Saha, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-husband.
This is a petition filed under Section 24 of the CPC for transferring the case being no. T.S.(Divorce) 41 of 2021 from the court of learned Judge, Family Court, Sonamura, Sepahijala to the court of learned Judge, Family Court, West Tripura, Agartala.
Mr. Saha, learned counsel for the respondent has fairly submitted that there are materials to transfer the case, as prayed for, by the petitioner. Mr. Saha, learned counsel has further submitted that the instant application has been filed by the petitioner-wife who is facing a long pending dispute, and ultimately the husband has filed a petition for dissolution of their marriage.
Considering the submissions and materials on record, I deem it fit to transfer the case being no. T.S.(Divorce) 41 of 2021 from the court of learned Judge, Family Court, Sonamura, Sepahijala to the court of learned Judge, Family Court, West Tripura, Agartala, for initiating appropriate proceeding.
The learned Judge, Family Court, Sonamura, Sepahijala, is also directed to send the case record of case no. T.S. (Divorce) 41 of 2021 to the court of learned Judge, Family Court, West Tripura, Agartala, immediately.
With the above observation and directions, the instant petition stands allowed and disposed.
