1.

This is a transfer petition filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure seeking transfer of O.P.No.70 of 2022 pending before the Family Court, Pala to the Family Court, Alappuzha by the petitioner, who is the wife of the respondent herein.

2.

Though notice served upon the respondent, nobody appeared to oppose the transfer as sought for.

3.

Perusal of the records along with the arguments advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner, it could be gathered that the petitioner, who is a permanent resident of Avalookunnu, Alappuzha, seeks transfer of this petition to her own place of residence highlighting her convenience. Since the respondent not appeared and not raised any objection, there is no reason to disallow this petition.

Having considered the convenience of the wife/ the petitioner, I am inclined to allow this petition. O.P.No.70 of 2022 pending before the Family Court, Pala shall stand transferred to the Family Court, Alappuzha.
