Judgment

This transfer petition has been filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
In this case, petitioner, who is the wife of the respondent seeks transfer of O.P. (Restitution of Conjugal Rights) No.1363/2020 pending before the Family Court, Thrissur to Family Court, Kozhikode, highlighting her convenience.
Though the respondent appeared through lawyer, no counter affidavit was filed. More so, no representation also.
Therefore, taking note of the convenience of the petitioner, I am inclined to allow this transfer petition.
In the result, this transfer petition stands allowed. O.P. (Restitution of Conjugal Rights) No.1363/2020 pending before the Family Court, Thrissur shall stand transferred to Family Court, Kozhikode. The Family Court, Thrissur is directed to forward the case records to the Family Court, Kozhikode, forthwith.
Parties shall appear before the Family Court, Kozhikode on 20.07.2022.
Registry shall forward a copy of this order to the Family Courts concerned, within seven days, for information and compliance..
