This Writ Petition has been filed against the action of the respondent No.5 in threatening to disconnect the power supply vide Service Number No. 1441200109008101 pursuant to the proceedings issued Vide Letter No.AE/Operations/Anaparthi/File No./D.No.2022, dated 03.12.2022.

Heard Sri K. K. Durga Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner and the Sri Metta Chandrasekhar, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Nos. 2 to 6.

During the course of hearing, today, learned Standing Counsel for the APEPDCL, on instructions, submits that the Notice dated 03.12.2022 issued by the respondent No.6 has been withdrawn.

In view of the submission made by the learned Standing counsel, in our considered view, no further adjudication is required in this case.

The statement made by the learned Standing Counsel is placed on record.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. It is made clear that if the respondents intend to initiate any proceedings against the petitioner in future, they shall strictly follow the directions issued by a Divisional Bench of this Court in W.P (PIL) No.140 of 2022 and batch, dated 14.09.2022.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this case shall stand closed.
