Heard Mr.M.Hemchandra, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr.Juno Rahman, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Issue notice.
Mr.P.Tamphamani, learned counsel assisting the learned Advocate General, Manipur, enters appearance and accept notice on behalf of respondent
Nos.1 to 4.
Petitioner, to take steps for service of notice on respondent No.5 by Speed Post within 1 (one) week from today. Additionally, the petitioner is also
allowed to cause service of notice on respondent No.5 by Dasti Service within 1 (one) week. Thereafter, petitioner shall file an affidavit to that effect.
List the matter again on 07.09.2021.
Learned A.G, Manipur shall also produce the Cabinet Memorandum with regard to creation of 6 (six) posts of Coaches (Female) for Fencing,
Wrestling, Taekwondo, Judo, Boxing and Wushu.
In the interim, it is also directed that the respondents shall not fill up the 6 (six) posts of Coaches (Female) with regard to Fencing, Wrestling,
Taekwondo, Judo, Boxing and Wushu.
